Key Responsibilities:

Preferred Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years sales experience in Umrah/Hajj travel is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, lead tracking software, and Microsoft Office

Job Title: Content Creator and Media Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually engaging, appealing and informative content (posts, stories, videos, reels, etc.)
• Produce content that highlights Umrah packages, testimonials and travel tips.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all social platforms.
• Grow followers and engagement organically through relevant content and interactions.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns for Umrah seasons, group tours, or early-bird offers.
• Work with the sales team to align content with active promotions and sales targets.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and message across all channels.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions).
• Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content tools.
• Experience in using similar tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
